1xbed Terms & Conditions — Applicable to All Members

01Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to open an account on 1xbed:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Each individual may only create one account.
• Multiple accounts from the same household are not permitted.
• It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential.

If an account is found to have been created with false information, or if multiple accounts are detected, 1xbed reserves the right to close that account and forfeit its balance at any time. Where reasonable suspicion exists, 1xbed may request additional information or documentation.

02Identity Verification (KYC)

1xbed complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, which includes verifying member identities. The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• A scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

KYC is generally required for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000. Large payments may be held until KYC is completed. For regular small transactions, KYC is typically not required.

03Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following payment methods are currently active on 1xbed:

• Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket (mobile banking).
• Debit/credit cards and bank transfer.

Regarding Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally instant with no deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Regarding Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests are typically processed within 24–72 business days. Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

04Betting Rules

Keep the following in mind when placing bets on 1xbed:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets placed before an event starts are accepted; in-play betting during live events is available on selected markets.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error and bets are accepted at those odds, 1xbed reserves the right to void such bets.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Any suspected syndicate betting or match-fixing will subject the account to investigation.

1xbed is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for everyone. If a member's betting pattern appears unusual, 1xbed reserves the right to review that account.

05Bonus & Promotion Terms

1xbed offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonus, deposit bonus, cashback, free spins, and more. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions. General bonus terms:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the required wagering must be completed first.
• Bonus wagering requirements are generally 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days — please refer to the specific offer's terms for details.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If bonus term abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
• Restrictions on bonus use may apply to certain games.

06Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1xbed platform:

• Creating or managing an account on behalf of a minor.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Use of bots, automation software, or any other unauthorized technology.
• Any attempt to hack, phish, or breach the platform's security.
• Attempting to access other members' accounts.
• Collusion or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through coordinated play.
• Intentionally exploiting platform errors or bugs.

If such activities are detected, 1xbed reserves the right to permanently close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action where necessary.

07Account Suspension & Closure

1xbed may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If KYC verification is not completed or false documents are submitted.
• If suspicious transactions or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• As directed by a court or regulatory authority.

Members may request account closure at any time, in which case any verifiable balance will be returned. However, if the account is closed due to prohibited activity, the balance will not be refunded.

08Responsible Gaming

1xbed believes gaming should be entertaining — never a burden. That belief is why responsible gaming is a core part of how we operate.

Members can access the following features at any time:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Decide in advance how much you are willing to lose within a given period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-imposed account closure for anywhere from 6 months to permanently.

09Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on the 1xbed platform — including logos, graphics, software, text, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of 1xbed. Copying, reproducing, or distributing any of it without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Members may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Access to the platform may not be sold or transferred to any third party.

10Limitation of Liability

1xbed is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Software errors from third-party game providers.
• Issues with the user's device or software.
• Unexpected server downtime or scheduled maintenance breaks.

However, if a member suffers a loss due to a technical issue, 1xbed will assess the situation and work toward a fair resolution.

11Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact our customer support team first. They will endeavor to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, support@1xbed.onlineto file a formal complaint. Including the following details will help us process your complaint faster:

• Member name and account ID.
• A description of the issue and the relevant date(s).
• Relevant screenshots or supporting evidence.

12Changes & Updates to Terms

1xbed reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or SMS. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
